Awesome!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Brian McNair at INSZoom, as he is a very knowledgeable and engaging person, with exceptional customer service skills. He is always available to personally answer any questions we have – on every occasion, he makes us feel as if we are his most important client. And we are quite confident that he makes every client feel that way! Moreover, INSZoom is a very important tool we use at our firm and our business has flourished since we started using it just under 2 years ago. We highly recommend both Brian and INS Zoom.

Very Smooth Data Migration from LawLogix to INSZoom

Please close our data migration project moving our data from LawLogix to INSZoom. Thank you for the great training and service. I am very pleased with the functionality and responsiveness of you, your migration team, and the customer support team. INSZoom team was very instrumental in having our migration occur in both a timely and accurate manner, explaining any issues and solving what could have been ‘deal-killer’ hurdles along the way. Ultimately, I am a big fan of Zoom, you, and the rest of the responsive staff. There were a couple of times when I thought the commitments of sales rep., were not going to be lived up to. However, Zoom honored all commitments in the ultimate service and delivery. I hope we have many, many years of successful implementation as we grow our practice and you and your team continue to provide excellent service and regular user improvements. Much success to all.

The Best Software for EB-5

I would like to thank you INSZoom Team for all of the time you took to work with us and understand the needs we have at Jay Peak for our EB-5 program. Great Product & Rich Features

I think the training was very helpful, especially at the beginning to get us going and using the system. INSZoom has so many features, it can be quite intimidating at first. Arun (INSZoom Case Management Software Trainer) was very patient and answered all of our questions to get us going. He was also very flexible with scheduling and/or rescheduling our training sessions and fixing any bugs that we came across.

New INSZoom Product Looks Crisper & Clean

I noticed the change right away a few days ago because it looked very nice! I think the new UI on the horizontal menu is excellent and a lot better than the old one. It looks ‘crisper’, cleaner, and seems to work/load faster. You guys did a good job!

Implementation Was Easy

Excellent instruction and instructor; Arun (INSZoom Case Management Software Trainer) made the case management software easy to learn and answered all my questions thoroughly, effectively and did not fumble in his responses. The method of teaching he chose was clear, concise and organized. Everyday we meet for instruction was pre-planned and reviewed to the fullest. When he began to test my knowledge and understanding of what was taught that day, he was patient and kind in guiding me in the right direction every time I was wrong. Arun is articulate and speaks on an even keel. I am glad he was my instructor!!!

We Enjoy INSZoom Case Management Software

Awesome Trainings

This training was really very good. We have been using the program for quite some time, but due to circumstances out of our control, were never able to sign up for official training. These training sessions were very good. Arun (INSZoom Case Management Software Trainer) was a great teacher and was able to answer all of our questions. He was able to deal with our group and we really appreciated it!
